abc4 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abc4 ("abc4", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at https://abc4.pro. By creating an account, accessing the abc4 website, or using any service offered by abc4, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

This Agreement applies to all products and services offered by abc4, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, volleyball, kabaddi), live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional activities. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the abc4 platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the abc4 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. abc4 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing abc4 from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by abc4 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an abc4 employee involved in the operation or management of the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may register only one account on abc4. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

abc4 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming identity and age; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash account registered in your name).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your abc4 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. abc4 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify abc4 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 Duplicate Accounts

Operating more than one abc4 account — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. abc4 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances (including winnings) may be voided at abc4's discretion.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abc4 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) internet banking, City Bank internet banking, and BRAC Bank internet banking. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and match the identity on your abc4 account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by abc4, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your abc4 balance within 30 seconds of a successful transfer confirmation.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

abc4 does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in the name of the account holder. Any deposit originating from a third-party source will be reversed in full. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. abc4 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours, subject to verification requirements.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

abc4 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 within a rolling seven-day period. During such checks, the withdrawal request may be placed on hold for up to five (5) business days. abc4 will notify you via your registered contact details if additional documentation is required.

5.3 Forfeiture of Funds

Any funds in your abc4 account that are associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may be forfeited without prior notice. abc4 will provide written notification of any such forfeiture within seven (7) days of the action being taken.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by abc4 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed from your account. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin live casino bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your account will expire automatically and be removed. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.4 Abuse Prevention

abc4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus-clearing outcome; systematic exploitation of free bet offers; and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted by abc4 until you have received a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. abc4 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exploit pricing errors, system glitches, or manifest odds mistakes.

7.2 Void Bets

abc4 may void bets in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond forty-eight (48) hours; match abandonment before a result is determined; technical errors in odds compilation; and verified evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation as reported by recognised sports integrity bodies.

7.3 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. abc4 is not liable for connection interruptions, delays, or data feed errors that may affect in-play market availability. Bets placed after an in-play event outcome has been determined — even if the market was displayed as open due to data latency — will be voided.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

abc4 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. Such limits will be displayed on the relevant markets where applicable. abc4 is not obliged to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits regardless of the odds accepted at the time of bet placement.

8. Responsible Gaming

abc4 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. Players who feel that their gambling behaviour may be harmful to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact abc4 support immediately.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc4 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with abc4 systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's abc4 account without authorisation.
• Using the abc4 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency, syndicate, or service on behalf of third parties.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abc4 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the abc4 platform — including but not limited to the abc4 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of abc4 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the abc4 platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any abc4 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of abc4 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Privacy & Data

abc4 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. abc4 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers.

abc4 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abc4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the abc4 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

abc4's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abc4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate security software on the devices you use to access abc4.

13. Amendments

abc4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abc4 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by posting a notice on the website homepage and/or sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and formatting updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the abc4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which abc4 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through abc4's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in a neutral forum and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
